How refunds work at SkillScan.

Technical failure
If the scan you paid for fails due to technical reasons on our side (status "failed" without a delivered report), contact support with your scan link. We process the refund manually via Stripe within 5 business days.
Refund on request
Since the service is digital and delivered immediately after payment, refunds for buyer's remorse are not guaranteed. If the report was generated and delivered, we consider the service rendered.
How to request
Send the scan token and the reason to the support page. We review each case individually.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe (Merchant of Record). Refunds return via the same original payment method.
