SkillScan terms of service.

1. Service
SkillScan is a static security analysis tool that examines user-submitted code (ZIP, public link, or code snippet) and returns a report with potential risks. The service is charged per scan ($1 USD), paid via Stripe.
2. Limitations
Analysis is static + AI-assisted. We do not execute code (no dynamic sandbox). The report identifies suspicious patterns, not guaranteed runtime behavior. False positives and false negatives may occur.
3. Acceptable use
You may only submit code you have rights to use. Using SkillScan to bypass malware review for victim targeting, illegal activities or detection evasion is prohibited.
4. Privacy
Submitted files are stored for up to 14 days and automatically deleted.
5. Payment and refund
Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as Merchant of Record. See the refund policy.
6. No warranties
Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee detection of every possible threat. Use the report as a signal, not an absolute verdict.
